Power supply unit PARC 100-120L

The power supply unit PARC 100-120L is designed to operate as part of a pulsed electric arc source of carbon plasma with initiation of a vacuum arc discharge by a laser pulse. The power source is used to charge an energy storage unit with a capacity of 2 000 μF to a preset charging voltage and synchronize the operation of one solid-state laser for initiating an arc discharge.
