The company develops and manufactures automated control systems for technological process of deposition of functional thin-film PVD coatings using methods according to the customer's technical specification in order to modernize existing vacuum equipment or create new specialized technological equipment. Control systems are built on a decentralized principle and consist of one or more programmable logic controllers of the lower level, which, together with other control objects that have their own built-in controllers, are integrated at the upper level by an IBM PC compatible or industrial panel computer. The software allows you to control the equipment in manual and automatic mode in real time, log and store the values of the main technological parameters of the process in memory, easily create, save and adjust control programs.
